Dr. Estoesta has been my family doctor for close to 25 years. He is an exceptional man and an excellent doctor. He cares for his patients like family. His staff goes above and beyond for my 93 year old grandmother to accommodate and to alleviate any issues that come up such as mobility issues and scheduling issues. You would be lucky have him as your doctor.
Very busy office great staff when you take the time to listen.
Worst unorganized office. They do not run your insurance at the time of appt and try to bill you for 3 years of co-pays. This office breaks HIPPA laws all day long. The office staff is beyond rude. This office needs to be shut down.
Poor response and poor customer service. Registered with many insurances but not letting them know he is not accepting patients so he is being assigned. Then… it’s your job to figure all of that out last minute. Our ICU sent me to him as we were assigned for my young child and between calling around for three days and finally getting a call back to learn they are not able to help us - is rather inconvenient. Short staffed or not on top of it creating extra steps for the patients in need.
