They fixed the problem but were significantly over priced. 3hrs of labor + Plastic Tub Shower Waste Overflow Drain Kit. ($40 in parts) = $500.00 bill! Nothing was itemized on the bill, just a total. No details, like parts and labor. I called to inquire. They said someone would get back to me. It's been a week, no call yet! I will never use again.
I had major back-up in my basement, called a very well known plumbing company from the phone book. They charged me an arm and leg. Problem came back 2 days later called the same company they said there would be an additional charge didnt want to try and sell my kids!!! A friend recommended Benedict Plumbing I called them and they came in a timely fashion not to mention they only charged me half of what i originally paid!!! I was at my wits end, my husband,you know the kind he is a roofer by trade and plumber at night!!! well he messed up our plumbing and i called Benedict Plumbing they came right out and gave an estimate and fixed my husbands lack of plumbing work right away!!! They were clean, friendly, and very good on pricing.I will recommended Benedict Plumbing to all my family and friends!!! Thank you Benedict Plumbing!!
