The management at this location is very unprofessional. They have ads up for storage space. If you walk in Bryan/ Brian will have an attitude being very rude saying that there aren’t any units available without even asking what I need professionally. HR I’d look for better manager because Bryan/ Brian will impact your business negatively.
They changed management and the new person in charge is unprofessional and will call you names if you have any questions about brand new policies they've instituted. I was told prices never rise when I first got the storage years ago, and all of a sudden they raised so I called and asked. The response was "we have the right to raise our rates just like everyone else" I asked, "right of course you do. I just remember being told that you don't" "We're a business. We raise rates, you can go somewhere else if you don't like it."... read more
