I rarely leave a negative review, but this has been seven months of dealing with incompetence. This is the WORST prescription company that I have ever dealt with. When my current place of employment did their prescriptions through Aetna, I never had to speak on the phone with anyone- my doctor would put a prescription through and I would pick it up. Been waiting for my blood thinner injections for 2 weeks, requested it be overnighted (at my expense) and they sent it regular mail. This is a life saving medication as I'm currently pregnant and nobody here cares. I've called 7 times in two weeks and haven't made any progress.
Absolutely horrible. I have been on the same medications for 15 years no problem. As soon as we got this insurance they wouldn’t put it through, my doctor filled out the forms he’s never had too before in his career and they still denied it. Worst service, every time I call it’s a new issue they need to fix. Might as well get goodRx and pretend you don’t have insurance with these idiots.
