Horrible.
My experience with benecard has been absolutely infuriating to say the least. My sons medication and mine constantly get delayed by benecard despite being on them for years. Constant delays in prescriptions getting filled, always speak to a different representative and have to explain the issues repeatedly, have asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no. Overall, this company is horrible and takes zero accountability for all the issues that occur. I would highly recommend not using them for your prescription service.
I rarely leave a negative review, but this has been seven months of dealing with incompetence. This is the WORST prescription company that I have ever dealt with. When my current place of employment did their prescriptions through Aetna, I never had to speak on the phone with anyone- my doctor would put a prescription through and I would pick it up.
