Wrong documentation supplied twice, complete lack of accountability, and blatantly at fault because your moron support team forwards the email thread with nothing redacted. Benecaid. I imagine them sitting around at lunch, laughing at how they they can make people like me jump through hoops, and still deny their claims. Four times I had to submit the same information. The same information. In my situation, they couldn't understand that a) I'm partially covered under my wife's plan; b) I got two crowns, for which my wife's insurance paid 60% and I paid the remaining 40%, which c) I was expecting Benecaid to reimburse me.
