Dr. Keil came to our home Tuesday evening to euthanize our elderly cat. She texted us when she was 30 minutes away and arrived in a smaller vehicle instead of the RV...very smart due to our one-lane roads and tight turns in our neighborhood. I am deeply saddened, frustrated and disappointed in the unfeeling, unethical manner in which Jen Keil treated my 16 year old cat's end of life situation. Windows wide open, at first she was up head out the window. It wasn't long till she was down flat sleeping. We got to the vet early so we opened the tailgate and sat a good while with her, whispering, reassurring and loving on her. We told her that Grama and Grampa were waiting with Smitty and Buffy (our sometimes cats) to all play together. She just let us pet and stroke her. The vet... read more
