I used Robin at Beneath The Beam for a home inspection in August and I was nothing but impressed. What really separates him from other home inspectors I've used was he took his time during the inspection and it was very thorough. Even after the inspection he took the extra time to explain to myself and wife what he found and made sure we understood any complications and answered all of your questions.
