In my life I had lived in 8 different countries and probably like 15 or something cities, and never ever had I such an amazing gf pasta! Omg - this is not a pasta, those are “kluski” home made, same like my mum made me back in Poland when I was a kid. They have also an amazing gf pizza, but gosh… that pasta is a different level. If I wouldn’t scare that I will literally double my body weight I eat them everyday. Guys… pls never change!
This is an amazing place to eat, it's a hidden gem in Bainbridge Island for sure. I'm telling you if you love pizza this is the place to go, what Drew and his team do are absolutely amazing, I am a simple man when it comes to Pizza, cheese and pepperoni will do the trick everytime, but Drew has me trying variations I would of never thought of or to be honest willing to try normally until I met Drew and his team! Kind of a bummer! Ordered 2, 14” for super bowl at 330 start. The pizzas, tho gluten free, were dried out and overcooked. At $25 each I hoped for so much better! Soonest they could do was 345 so I missed the beginning of the game.
Great food and awesome staff.
