Being my mom’s primary caregiver meant navigating the uncharted territory of Medicare, supplements, dug plans, and more. Advantage plans meant networks, hard to understand copays and deductibles with limitations. We had a really hard time with her previous advantage plan. Jeff made it all make sense in simple terms, pointed us to traditional Medicare with a great affordable supplement. He was kind, prompt, and had great advice. I’d happily refer him to anyone needing help navigating medicare, or Insurance in general.
