I took my daughter here for the first time a few days ago and the experience was very pleasant. From the initial call to set up her appointment, to the front desk staff getting the new patient forms for me to fill out almost immediately, the medical assistant/nurse was very attentive, and the doctor was really friendly. They made our experience comfortable and I would definitely recommend their office.
The girls in the front desk never know anything had me waiting a week for a phone call about a cancellation for my elderly father 6 months check up because the doctor had an accident (by the way love this doctor )now they don’t know when she will be back…just got told we have to change provider because they are not accepting IEHP ugh if it was just that easy as saying look for another provider
This place use to be great I even referred my family here. But now they are negligent they are not following up and there is a lot of complaints. With my husband they didn’t lower his medication dose for Blood pressure. They didn’t address my flank pain or bleeding when I reported it. I think this constitutes a call to the dept of public health for a state surveyor to investigate.
