Chris was awesome, said he would show up in 30 minutes and came in 20, replaced 2 steer tires on the side of the road within 20 minutes. Price is very reasonable too, Thank you for a great service

I travel nine months of the year I am all over the United States and I pull a trailer. I called him. I was on the side of the road but was able to get to a motel. He told me he would have tires first thing in the morning and at a cheaper rate than I could’ve bought them at one of the big stores, he called me. When the tires showed up like He said he would he installed the tires. Everything was done correctly and very fast so I can get back on the road and make money. I would never recommend this place, I wouldn’t even give it one star. I literally came across the tracks earlier in bentleyville and my tire blew. I called this shop and I even told them I have a tire and rim, if they could please put it on for me, that I was stuck in the middle of the street. The guy on the phone said and I Quote “Nope, I can’t help you. goodbye”and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service and a lack of empathy at its best. Had a tire blow out on a Saturday evening on a 5th wheel trailer, called and they were amazing at getting us help to get back on the road. Good service in a timely manner and very respectful! May God bless them further.
