Avoid if you have solar and a battery. BRACS installed a split system in our home and wired it straight to the grid, so our battery and solar can't cover it at all. We told them in writing before the install that there was a battery system at the property, and their own electrician inspected our switchboard beforehand, so this wasn't a surprise to them. First time customer and very impressed. We contacted the team for a gas heater service and they went above and beyond. Found that when the heater was installed one of the ducts wasn't attached properly so we were leaking gas into the roof we didn't know about, and also fixed the remote to remove zones we weren't using. Also gave the filter a much needed clean. Extra points for tradies who turn up when they are booked in as well, we love that :)
We are so grateful for these guys. Our air conditioner stopped working during a heatwave and even though they were so extremely busy, while also trying to look after the health and safety of their staff they made it a priority to come and fix our cooling straight away! Thank you so much!
