I spoke with Hyundai service centre about sending in my i30 for an assessment and was told they would inspect it and provide a quote. To be fair, throughout this process, the young woman I spoke with was pleasant and easy to deal with. However, at no point was I told there would be a fee for the assessment. Had I known, I wouldn’t have sent the car to Hyundai and would have sent it straight to a wrecker, as I already suspected the vehicle was beyond repair and just wanted confirmation from the so-called experts. Hyundai , i have been a customer 13 years , your paint and solution to the problem is disgraceful . I was asked to get a quote to fix the paint , which i did , just over $3,000 rang two weeks later because did not recieve any call back , then another promised call back not arriving to my phone so I call back to you to be told im out of Scope . I know it’s bit late to post this but me and my partner still wanna say thank you to Rhi. She’s super friendly and easy to talk to. She gave us a really good deal, and we almost bought it from her. We based in melb and we drove to bendigo like two and half hours to buy the car. Just unfortunately, their staff crashed the brand new car 🥲, it happens. But it’s not Rhi’s fault.
