Location is good. Service is good and the staff are super friendly so I’ll give 2 stars. However the rooms are inconsistent. I’ve stayed here 3 times now and each room is just different anywho. The air conditioning is loud here so it’s incredibly hard to sleep, the beds are uncomfortable so I simply cannot sleep here during all my stays and the sound insulation is awful, you hear all the road noise and room next door noise. A nice comfortable motel. The bathrooms and nice and modern. Would stay here again. They have a small pool which was a relief from the extreme heat during our stay. The room AC worked great. Close to shops, fast food and fuel. The only downside was around the pool. Some tiles were lifting and had sharp edges.

This place deserves 10 stars. Exceptional standard of cleanliness in room & external areas. Bathroom had just been completely renovated. A powerboard was provided. Despite being on main road room was quiet. The owners are proud & conscientious of their establishment. When we reported the pins on the hinges of the bathroom door were close to coming out they were fixed immediately by removing the door, knocking the pins back into place & re-hanging the door. The room was then thoroughly vacuumed! The owners went above & beyond

Perfect place to stay for a night or two! Very clean and cosy rooms that have just had a makeover. We've been coming here for 3 years now, our go to when visiting Bendigo
