Tell loading dock operator that let the truck delivery drivers to access the toilet(need access card),it's a health and safety issue ,not just work safety rules for forklift operations .

My mum broke her palvis. She’s already got a psychical disability. She should be in high dose of meds each day for chronic pain yet doesn’t take them and uses Chinese medicine instead. She was in so much pain she asked for relief, she’d been there for hours. They wouldn’t give her pain killers because the doctor who’s there to approve is wasn’t there. So my disabled mum with a broken pelvis in agony just sat there for hours and hours. Surly your medical system should be better than this? Or is the system just broken….

I don't seem to be taken seriously at all, I think I have a heart condition but its just dismissed as panic attack twice now. Both times I've just been sent home. Pretty sure my condition is getting worse.

I arrived at 6.30am with a swollen eye that wouldn't open plus side of face also swallon. Triage was quick and efficient, 1st treatment didn't have any effect. Transferred to an emergency bed where staff were very efficient and friendly. Finally a scan was done when I was moved to a short stay room. Pleasant decor, great staff again (Anu & Lara). A cuppa was supplied and I settled in awaiting results. Doctor gave me the verdict, gave me a script and discharged me. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Thankyou to all conce... read more
