Sales person was aggressive
I love the alpha ultra diesel but the after sales service is a joke.i had a electric shutter fitted and it has never worked properly.i have called on 4 different occasions and lots of promises but no follow up.i was also charged twice for a cabin filter and can't get refunded. I was planning on buying a jolien after the financial year but we are going elsewhere including the services.
I had my car’s engine light on and called GWM Bendigo immediately. They were kind enough to book me earliest appointment for a checkup and also helped me with a courtesy car which I requested. The part wasn’t available and was told that I will be contacted once arrived. They managed everything very professionally and would highly recommend them.
