What has happened to Bendigo Bank's renowned community support and customer service? It's non-existent. Branches closed, long waits in queues in the few branches that are left. I've had enough! I'm leaving and going to any bank that puts customers above profits, if such a bank still exists.
Appears to be permanently close. The ATM is also off line
Was withdrawing $5000 from my account, the teller responded with, not sure if you can take that amount in one go. i responded with 'yes I can, i can take all my money too and move it to a different bank if i want to' he then said oh ok sure. The transaction was completed, he gave me the $5000 without putting the money in an envelope. That was disgrace and poor customer service.
Every single time I come here it takes SOOOO much longer to get customer service then the other branches. Can't figure out why. But as I stand as the only customer in line for 10 mins while these are 5 staff members I can see.... so sick of this that im considering taking my money elsewhere
