I don't know what sort of plumber the person was that visited. I had arranged for a plumber to call in when they could to see if they could help with a problem. After a 5 minute look at water in my carport I was informed they couldn't help and I was charged a $100 call out fee which was not mentioned beforehand. So While the person seemed nice I think the business should inform people it charges call out fees or a quote fee. I have personally never had this fee in the past with any other trade person. I had a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and was so grateful that Heath came out quickly. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. It’s rare to find such reliable service, especially on a weekend! Highly recommend for anyone needing a trustworthy and efficient plumber.

Highly recommend!! Heath is professional, great service and is very helpful with discussing options and costs involved. Shows up on time and have to mention the hilarious slogans on his shirts.
