After a kangaroo jumped into my rear door, the whole door had to be replaced and painted to match. Not only that, but the corner of my front door needed to be fixed as well. It took a moment for them to fit me in due to so many bookings, and where flexible when I wasn't able to bring the car in on the date they would have preferred. Rude. Slow. Incompetent. No accountability. I paid Bendigo Accident Repair Centre to repair the clear coat on my car's bonnet that had started flaking off due to heat. In just over three years it began flaking again, even quicker than the original. I told them that it was flaking again and I was given no apology, just told "Your warranty is two years." These guys are reliable, responsible and professional. Very knowledgeable at what they do and most importantly care for their customers. I would highly recommend this centre to friends and family.
