Quite possibly the worst commercial developer ever. If you want to see every possible mistake to make in a new commercial development, visit Creekside Commons developed by Benderson. It's an absolute disaster that everyone should avoid.
Beautiful oak trees in the old Albertson parking lot in Venice were cut down. And for no appearent reason....nothing has been done. Also, the front wall of the building fell off ages ago exposing the back side of the inside wall and it just lays there. If you are going to let the building sit empty, at least try to keep it presentable.
The lady has no manner how to ask interview questions. I was interviewed 2 times and the second was in person with and lady blonde hair it’s ugly personality. HR Have a new employee asking questions about the job when she just started. I end up being so disappointed they don’t have a nice. personality. Just HR seems nice. I’m wonder why they can’t find anyone for Receptionist job. The company has been advising this position for a long time.
Benderson destroyed Sarasota FL. Sad how money can destroy a city. Sarasota will never be the same...
