Just hope you never have Benderson development as a neighbor. Their empty properties are so neglected and ran down that the homeless feel safe setting up camp there. My shop is near there 2008 Cortez Rd. W., Bradenton property and it’s such a shame to have to look at their mess. All the money in the world and they still can’t be a good neighbor.
No concern for safety, which translates bo concern for people actually doing the work. One of the only jobs ever seen with no on site supervision. So many willful violations. Called company twice, was told would correct this but yet nothing happened. Men on job still not using proper PPE on/with any equipment, tools.
