Brent did an outstanding job inspecting a 1978 manufactured home we're considering purchasing. His inspection was extremely thorough, he spent significant time in the crawlspace, on the roof, and checking every system in the house. He found issues we never would have caught ourselves, including active plumbing leaks, water intrusion damage, electrical safety concerns, and roofing deficiencies. I thought a property was very nice but an older residence and immaculate, I Telly didn't need an inspection. BOY, was I wrong. His work was incredible very detailed and he checked everything. Saved me from buying without knowing the pitfalls. Some of the items were DYI but others needed professionals. Do not purchase without his help. It was an eye opener to really know what you're buying.
