We have stayed at Royal Palms Suite 1403 several years. We truly love it so much! Beautiful view!!! Kinda pricey, instead of going yearly we have to go less than that, this is our first time back in 4 years. i would suggest that maybe they could put up those black out curtains in the one bedroom that they have in the other bedroom that would be so great!!! thanks again!!!
Nice home. Very clean. We enjoyed the front deck with rocking chairs. No issues whatsoever.
We LOVE Sandpiper 12b maintained through Bender Realty. Great communication, great price, perfect location! Sandpiper 12b has become our “spot”. We have our 3rd stay scheduled for Spring Break already!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was extremely clean it had everything I needed in the kitchen to be able to cook multiple meals. Appliances were new the beds were comfortable. And of course the best part was sitting out on the balcony staring at the ocean! Bender Realty had wonderful communication skills and I would recommend this condo to everyone ( except for the week we decide to rebook LOL)
