Horrible customer service. Years ago I was there to pick and order siding. The sales rep never called with the quote. A few weeks ago I ordered trusses. Checked on the order a week later and found it was not ordered. Called a week after that it was still not ordered. They said it will be ordered that day. Called another week later, still not ordered and guess what? He is ordering it now. I told him to cancel the order. NEVER GOING BACK.
Max in the paint department looked out for me. He got me a good price on some paint. Very friendly service. I highly recommend.
