Just the response the office "owner" wrote to the entire world to see, to the person named Car Han, I am never going here. That was someone's personal situation and information about their bank account - that's not professional or even ok. WOW
I had a very pleasant experience at Bender Eye Care, from my eye examination to picking out my glasses, their customer service was great!
This was one of the most unpleasant time at this business. I ended up returning my glasses but they nickel and dime you to death. Bit of a rip off! 20% restocking fee! Never heard the likes from any eyeglass place I’ve ever been to! Update!! Went to Walmart and the customer service was great! plus they give you 60 days to return if not happy and they DO NOT charge you 20% for restocking!! Also you get a choice of lenses. I wish I had gone to them in the first place. I’m surprised this company is still in business.
Reception staff was very flexible with scheduling and rescheduling an appointment the same day. Thank you again.
Extremely pleased with my visit today at Bender Eye Care. I had a piece of glass removed from my eye and the doctor did a great job, he was very professional and polite. Thanks Bender Eye Care
