I am not a Bender Construction customer, so I cannot speak to the firm's workmanship. I can speak to their lack of courtesy. While driving at 68 MPH in the carpool lane on I-80 during carpool hours, I was passed by a Bender Construction vehicle, which, after overtaking me, drove halfway into the freeway shoulder, showering my vehicle with kicked-up pebbles and debris. They are extremely unprofessional. If they want to be taken seriously as a legitimate business, then they need to hold themselves to a higher standard of character. I am not sure how they are still in business.
