I got a flat tire just down the road the day before Thanksgiving right around closing time. Once I got the spare tire on I drove over to this garage and these guys really helped me out. They were friendly, made a good recommendation that saved my trip for Thanksgiving and didn't mind that I just pulled up at the end of the day. I really appreciate their help!
Friendly staff but work wasn't completed on time (both times I had my vehicle there). I had the right rear wheelbearing replaced in August. A couple of months ago I heard a humming noise from the back end. Finally broke down and took my car to another garage. The wheelbearing was torqued too tight. Ruined the threads on the axle. Luckily the axle was able to be rethreaded saving me from having to get a new axle.
My husband and I were traveling from VA to NY yesterday when we unexpectedly hit a deer and really damaged the front of my car. We were less than a mile away from Bender Automotive and were able to make it there. Chad was SO warm and welcoming. He helped us with temporary repairs to get us to NY. Highly highly recommend Chad!!!
