Everything about Dr. Higgins was first rate. His office/staff got back to me quickly after first contact and in a timely fashion got me in and scheduled for a needed Hernia repair. Following the surgery I was on my feet and quite comfortable within days (instead of weeks like my first one years ago)! Dr. Higgins was so personable and engaging with me. He made sure i was very comfortable with and ready for what was needed. I recommend him to anyone needing surgical care.
