My go to bike shop in central Oregon! Eric and Chris are the best guys to work with. They’re well priced for quality service and are a local Surly dealer(!) and carry quality e-bikes. They also carry a good selection of Bikepacking gear. And they can order in just about anything you can imagine needing. Low/no lead times for work, Fast turnaround, you won’t regret working with them on your regular and e-bikes needs!
I had just got a used bike as a gift from a sweet bus driver of CET, and my back tire was all wonky, I tried repairing it on my own but it wasn't long before I realized it was beyond my skill set, I went to hutches first and they were closed for inventory of all days lol, the guys inside the store ignored my waving and plead for help so I went to the next closest place and the guy in the store was super helpful, very knowledgeable too and told me exactly what was wrong with it, then hooked me up with a free back tire cuz I w... read more
We ended up not purchasing bikes from the store, but we were super impressed with the professionalism, customer service and responsiveness. We would not hesitate to buy from this establishment at any time in the future.
Chris at Velo was super helpful today getting my rear rack set up. Really chill and knew his stuff—had me rolling in no time. Appreciate the solid work, man!
