Apparently they don't keep stock on hand of the most common road bike tube. Disappointing. It's an e bike store now.
Use the reviews of BendVelo cautiously. Only 6 pertain to the current ownership. I purchased two Cube bikes in 2024. I began working with the previous owner to obtain a replacement battery cover and was sent the wrong one. After the transition, I began working with the new owner. Top notch service! Independently owned and operated. This is the only shop I would go to while in Bend if you’re wanting to buy a bike at a fair price and also get service. Highly recommend!!!
