We have been members for just over a year and are thrilled with the equipment, the supplements, the knowledge of the trainers, and the owners’ attention to details - including broken equipment, merchandise, etc. best gym on the emerald coast for sure!!

This gym has been a game changer for me and my kids! We’re all on a fitness journey that started last Fall and it’s brought us closer together with friendly competition. The staff are incredibly helpful and the gym is clean and well equipped! My kids have recently all flown the nest…but my fitness journey continues at Bend The Bar!

This gym is awesome! The equipment is always clean and well-kept, and there’s plenty of variety for any workout. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere makes it easy to stay motivated. I’ve had a great experience every time I come in. Highly recommend!
