It is a very clean and spacious gym. Good cardio machines. Machines for every muscle group. Feels very quaint.
Love this gym, minus the bats hanging from the vents, they’ve been hanging around for nearly a year. When they’re removed and we get better equipment in DeFuniak location then I’ll give a 5 star review. I know Freeport is the money maker but we should matter up north too or why have this location. Please remove the bats 🦇 #diseases
I’ve been a member at Bend the Bar Fitness since April 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the gym feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. The equipment is state of the art and always well maintained, so I never have to worry about waiting around or dealing with broken machines. It’s clear that they take pride in keeping the facility top-notch. Overall, this gym has everything I need to stay motivated and consistent—highly recommend!

Amazing staff and the people here are absolute sweethearts and the set up of the gym is amazing every thing is spaced out!!!
