I don't write too many reviews but had to for David at Bend Tech Support. I was at my wits end with my internet speed and calls dropping at my house since I have to use WiFi calling due to poor cell coverage. David took the time to walk me through things (mesh network) and called me back later in the day to check on how things were going and said he could make it out to my house if I still needed.
