I don't write too many reviews but had to for David at Bend Tech Support. I was at my wits end with my internet speed and calls dropping at my house since I have to use WiFi calling due to poor cell coverage. David took the time to walk me through things (mesh network) and called me back later in the day to check on how things were going and said he could make it out to my house if I still needed. David Smith at Bend Tech Support is the best! He has helped me with Quicken, Family Tree Maker and Word as well as with my IPhone. In addition, he helped me choose and install a new computer. No glitches and always responsive. I would have been lost without his help.
