This is the second time I have stayed here, and both units have been so lovely! They are an incredible homebase while spending time in Bend and the surrounding areas. The full on kitchens are awesome as well, really making it easy to support ourselves while we get out and beat ourselves up on the mountains. And being right on the water is top notch! I have been staying here when I go to Bend for the last 15+ years, and I think it's a great value. Easy and nice walk through the park to downtown, easy on and off the freeway, beautiful location next to the river, great hot tub and pool, and I always have a room that has a kitchen, and I live that. Best value in Bend.
Misleading advertising
I booked one of the units through a 3rd party and an hour after confirmation was told the payment didnt go through for an additional amount. The rental was then cancelled by the company but I was still charged. After calling air b nb to try and get a refund for my cancelled stay this company refused to refund airb n b which was needed for them to refund me and so I got stuck paying over $400 for a stay for my children and i that never happened.
