I have been staying here when I go to Bend for the last 15+ years, and I think it's a great value. Easy and nice walk through the park to downtown, easy on and off the freeway, beautiful location next to the river, great hot tub and pool, and I always have a room that has a kitchen, and I live that. Best value in Bend.
Misleading advertising
I booked one of the units through a 3rd party and an hour after confirmation was told the payment didnt go through for an additional amount. The rental was then cancelled by the company but I was still charged. After calling air b nb to try and get a refund for my cancelled stay this company refused to refund airb n b which was needed for them to refund me and so I got stuck paying over $400 for a stay for my children and i that never happened.
