Units 242-243 is possible the worst place I’ve booked in 35 states travelling the USA over the past few years. I walked out of the unit upon arrival and after wasting an hour attempting to resolve the situation with the front desk who could do nothing to help me their office closed by 7pm and there is no after hours number provided. Wifi not connected and a missing headboard on the pull down bed were my complaint with this place. Dirty marks and carpet stains were secondary issues. We were in unit(s) 319/320. The good: The location is fantastic. Right on the Deschutes River. So wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the water. The Deschutes River Trail is right there as well. So great for walks. It was very nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The AC worked wonderfully; 2 units kept everything nice and cool. The not-so-good: The rooms need work. The carpets need to be replaced, or deep cleaned at least. Very noticeable stains. No bare feet or even socks.
