The women I saw, where do I even start. She's a nut, with her arms swinging wildly as I sat there barley able to say a few words. Wow, I wonder what drugs she gives herself to act like that. I went to her because my therapist was trying to help me get back on my ADD meds. I have the diagnosis in my chart from prior testing. I spoke to someone at reception who told me they would be calling me “next week” to set up an initial evaluation. This happened multiple times and I never heard from anyone. I finally told them that if I didn’t hear from them I would have to look for services elsewhere- the receptionist became very rude and unprofessional. After that I never got any call or notification that they had closed my referral. I wouldn’t recommend going here, you’re better off trying to find someone who can do teletherapy outside of Central OR!
After being told my child’s care was denied by their MDs, I requested a re-review of the case and to go back to the doctors to advocate for a complex case. The receptionist told me “I am not going to do that”. Good thing we found out sooner than later that they aren’t the right fit for the family.
Great doctors and staff. No complaints.
I have called Bend Psychiatric care 9 times over the last 6 weeks and have NEVER received a return call. Trust me the bad reviews for this clinic are well deserved. I truly think I lucked out by them not returning any of my calls. Same your time, money, and spirit by finding another clinic to goto where qualified, compassionate, and non-discriminatory people work.
