Actually, it’s zero stars. I had a consultation for an ear pinning procedure then surgery in February 2024. My ears looked very nicely tucked to my head right afterwards and began coming back out shortly thereafter. There was no mention of any potential issues prior to the procedure so I was shocked and scared when it started happening. I called three times for help to be told I had to wait two or three weeks to have Dr Angeles look at them. I just gave up without being seen.
