I’ve visited several different clinics in Bend (and elsewhere) for skincare consults and Jess was by far the best. She has a warm, welcoming vibe and she’s extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She patiently walked me through her recommendations for meeting my goals by explaining how and why the treatments work, what I can expect and how to prepare. BEWARE of the Instagram scam! Unfortunately, I was misled and lied to about offering a Free consultation. I was assured a 25$ Credit Card “hold” would only be charged if I cancelled the appointment. I went for the “free” consult and the office has chosen to NOT refund my hold money. Keep in mind… get it in writing if you are told it is Free and your deposit will be returned once you have had the consultation. I would give zero stars but not allowed to post so had to give one star.
Jess is skilled, confident, and efficient. Will come back for more services. Office staff is helpful. Beautiful, clean space.
Dr. Vial was very intelligent and spot on with ALL my concerns,, shout out to Shayla!!! Made me feel like I was in the best hands ever… plus his other help was incredible!!! Would highly recommend and go to him again in the future.. I had a 6 1/2 surgery,,, not something simple… but his anesthesiologist was the best,, I was pretty drugged… but think his name was Connelly… he put me under and woke me ,,, I would all day.. everyday put myself under his care…..ThankYou Dr Vial🥰
