Dr. Palacio is the best in Bend. I got a referral from my regular physician to see him as he is a specialist for some of the issues I was facing. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel very comfortable discussing my concerns with him. I did a lot of research before seeing him so I knew his credentials and experience were top notch. I would highly recommend this doctor without question.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...WILL NEVER GO BACK – Dr. Palacio is one of the worst doctors I've ever been too. His bedside manner was atrocious. After waiting weeks to see this guy I bring in all my information (a year of menstrual charts) and he doesn't even want to see them. He put down me down and treated me like an idiot and then couldn't even write a correct prescription (or call the pharmacy to correct it). Most excellent! – Dr. Carlson and his nurse, Debbie, are awesome! I would recommend in a heart beat! I had some complications and they were beyond great! Very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, took time to answer ALL my listed questions and then some, even called to check on me. I would also include Dr. Murphy as top rated also. Thanks.
Excellent Experience All Around! – I am new to the Bend OBGYN practice and my experiences have been exceptionally good. Both Dr. Palacio and Gail Jett FNP provided me with excellent health care services. I was impressed with the time they alloted for my appointments and care they took to answer my questions. I am sold! I am also impressed with the wide variety of services they offer. Helpful and friendly nurses, office staff too. Bravo!!
Will not go back! – I have never been to an appointment in which the doctor did not ask me any questions or show any interest in my health or well-being. Congratulations Gail M. Jett, FNP, for giving me this experience, I hope to god it never happens again. I was still trying to ask her questions as she was halfway out the door, she actually stood in the open doorway and gave me some perfunctory answer before rushing off, leaving me feeling like the least important patient she had ever treated. Substandard medical care - dont go there!!!!!! – We are very unhappy with the staff and doctors at this clinic. They treat you like they could care less about you and offer substandard care. Their follow-up is non existent. Their service is not recommended at all. We receive better medical attention at our veterinarian's office than at this place.
