I highly recommend Mr. Ty Clark at Bend Honda. I was concerned about an issue with my car that turned out to be unrelated to a recall, and he, very respectfully (and patiently!), took the time to answer all my questions & put my mind at ease. When I brought my car in for the recall appt., he ensured there was a multi-point inspection done, which hadn’t been done on a prior appt. Kudos to Mr. Clark for great service!
Excellent car service and you will always be given an explanation for any work that may be needed. Customer service is outstanding!
