It is incredibly easy to schedule service on their website and they have a great waiting area.
Daniels customer service was top notch, 4 stars! On the other hand the mechanical service was sub par, keep in mind they did a full inspection of my car. After getting the tie rods changed I experience a concerning amount of play in my steering/handling while driving down Satiam Pass, really freaked me out. I brought the car back to Honda, they said they forgot to tighten the bolts enough. When I got the car back I popped the lid and checked all fluids, my coolant was bone dry.
