The staff here has 0 follow through, say thet they sent refferals for pt & never did. Constantly move the goal post on requirements. Dont WASTE your time. Plenty of other younger, more focused doctors in Bend or the valley that would take better care of you. Bed side manner here & rude staff make it very hard to maintain a focused plan. ☆ one star.
I only have excellent things to say about BHC. Everyone here is very friendly, informative, and seems to care about the patients. I went to BHC for a second opinion after my primary care doctor made a referral to another surgical practice. The other practice made me feel like a number in a line… Dr. Mastrangelo and all the staff made me feel like my situation and quality of life matter. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a double inguinal surgery with the team at bend hernia center. I could not have asked for a better team to handle it. Very successful surgery with upmost peace of mind.
I can't believe how well this surgery went. Dr Mastrangelo and staff were top notch and made the procedure go smoothly. I could not be happier with the results.
I had hernia repaired in Feb 2025. Excellent results, no post op pain! Recovery has been very smooth. It's been a month surgery, been in PT for 2 weeks, 2 weeks left and still no pain. EXCELLENT CARE, again EXCELLENT RESULTS!
