I scheduled myself here for a new PT appointment on 2/3 at nearly 4pm having never been into bend gynecology before. At 5 pm I realized I mixed up days and could not make an 11:30am appointment the following day 2/4. I called the office at 7:45 to get in touch as soon as possible to reschedule- not cancel. I still wanted to be a patient. I was told there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and because I was not within that window I would be charged a cancellation fee which I agree is fair- but I work in medical scheduling. Very poor and disrespectful bedside manner and inaccurate medical documentation where she parapheases patients to sound stupid and includes her opinions instead of facts. Dr. O'Sullivan interrupts, doesnt listen, and then fills in the blanks with her own assumptions. She was angry and disagreed with my course of treatment from other medical professionals and made me very uncomfortable.
