EVERYONE at this hospital is wonderful. They are caring, friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, professional and very supportive. We have used them three times for our fur baby and they work so well together. Samantha at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Dr Clay and Dr Sizer and Dr Woodruff pulled our baby through once again. THANK YOU TO ALL!!
I’m typically not someone who writes a review but my boyfriend and I agree that one is needed. We live in Medford (3 hours away) and unfortunately our vet told us that our cat needed either surgery or to be euthanized. He’s still pretty young and obviously chose everything we could do to save him. When our options down here were at critical capacity, we had no other option than to take Ouija up to Bend. I can understand that it must be a very stressful job being the first point of contact for pet emergencies but the conversation I had with whoever answers the phone was disrespectful and condescending. Tone matters and being rushed off with a “k bye” and then hanging up was unbelievable. I sincerely hope you evaluate and consider how people are spoken to in times of distress.
The entire staff is efficient, friendly, and gave so much comfort to our dog. They were so sweet and gave us immediate answers. We felt very lucky to have them take care of our baby girl!
I was in Sisters for an event this weekend and my senior dog, Chloe, had not eaten for two days and was very lethargic. I brought her to the ER and Dr. Katie Woodruff was so attentive, thorough and compassionate in diagnosing and treating my baby. She even gave me special food to take home and saw Chloe again the next day for more tests and gave me recommendations for next steps when I get home.
