I had to have my senior kitty put to sleep recently and everyone, from the front desk to Dr. Stone, was incredibly kind. They all helped me through the process with compassion and understanding. Fiona and I were both cared for every step of the way.
They seem really nice here. I had a stray cat that I had taken in. She was still young and by the time I got her she was pregnant. I took care of her best I could until she had been in labor too long and birthed two still born kittens. I took her here this past friday partially because I didn't have the money to pay. They agreed to treat her if I relinquished her, so I did. This practice is very common.
