This was regarding a urinary blockage my pet experienced last year when I was heavily pregnant with my second baby I can’t even begin to express my gratitude towards Dr. Stone and his staff. Life has thrown my family and I way more curveballs in such a short amount of time and the compassion we received from Dr. Stone regarding our pets care was truly the one thing we needed and weren’t expecting. The team at Bend Animal ER and Specialty Clinic went above and beyond coordinating I-131 (radioactive iodine) treatment for our 12-year-old cat Sugar Cookie. Cookie was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism a week before our vacation. I felt so guilty and worried leaving our “sick” cat to go on vacation. I called the clinic to book an appointment for after our trip, but they were able to fit us in right away! Always compassionate care, knowledgeable employees
They were so sympathetic when my husband and I had to take our Krafty in there to be euthanized… she was 16 and she was in pain. As soon as the Dr. gave her the anesthesia, she looked almost happy. It told me that we were doing the right thing. Thank you for being so compassionate and helping us through this hard time.
We have to bring our dog here multiple times for various reasons and can give nothing but praise for the staff here at Bend Animal Emergency. We recently visited with Dr. Bunting and he was phenomenal! Everyone is very personable and they take the time to explain the diagnoses and treatment options. 5 stars - highly recommend if you have an accident prone dog like ours!
