This place is OUTSTANDING!!! I called them a few weeks ago, in total distress as my dog was actively passing. They told me to hang up the phone, get in the car and drive straight there. Which I did. On our way there, they called me for our info. When we got into the parking lot, they rushed outside to grab my Lucy girl and took her back immediately. They took care of us in our darkest time and treated my dying dog with dignity and me and the rest of my family with so much kindness and sympathy. ❤ I just wanted to add an update that Loki’s ashes made it home on Monday this week. ❤ Thanks again for all of the sweet staff members that helped us in the worst time of my life.
My cat was in a crisis and Bend saw her quickly. They were very compassionate. Jojo is alive and well today.
150 dollars up front for an exam, not bad. They didn’t clean any of my dogs wounds, which were open and gaping, and I had to clean and bandage him up at home. Wanted 1500-2000 for stitches, meds, and some other things that were minor. Insane prices, not very helpful. Customer service was great, it was helpful to get him in to make sure he wasn’t dying, but all in all I’d go somewhere else if possible.
