I am not impressed with this company. I ordered parts for my 2 post lift, And was to have them ship them to my house It took 3 weeks to get the parts. There is no reason that it should have taken that long to get the parts when the business is in the same state that I'm ordering they're 26 miles from my house If I don't know miss was gonna happen I would have just gone there and gotten the parts myself Or order them online. Update: Benco reached out to me regarding my initial complaint below, and we discissed the issue at length. We came to the conclusion that the tech (who no longer is employed there) was more familiar with models that do not carry their own 30lb keg (R134a/1234YF), and did not know to check the hose coming into the machine, and miscommunication regarding the word, "charge," as my issue was the machine not recharing the internal tank from the keg, not the vehicle side high/low lines. Paid $450 diagnostics for my Snap-On (Robin Aire) A/C machine to find out why it wouldn't refill the internal tank from a keg, just so it still didn't work when I got it back. Don't waste your time or money. The issue in my case was the small screen inside the hose fitting. Not asking for a refund, I'll never see any of it; just beware that a simple parts explosion goes a long way; a lot farther than their diagnostics and inability to listen to the customer complaint.
I ordered a new lift from an online retailer and after inquiring about installers, I was directed to Benco Equipment. They took delivery for me given I have no forklift, then brought the lift to my shop for installation 2 weeks later. Their employees were courteous, professional and everything I could ask for in an installation crew in regards to customer service. I highly recommend Benco, they will treat you fairly and do right by you. Thanks guys!
I purchased a Wildfire 4 post lift and the manufacturer recommended Benco for the installation. They completed the job in only 2 hours. This included demonstrating how it works, suggested maintenance, and hauling away all the packing materials. Their price was competitive with what other lift buyers have posted on-line. I highly recommend them!
