such a bad experience i would not even rate them any stars. their agents create multiple applications, do not return phone calls. have been waiting on a call since December! they remove family members from your healthcare.gov application while they tell you to wait for other information.. filed a complaint against this company with the state and other agencies, including Florida Blue who is now investigating them! STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!
