We called Banco to have an X-ray machine looked at. We asked the Benco representative to give us an estimate on how much it would cost to repair the machine. After the Benco representive was in the office for approximately seven hours, mainly on the phone with tech support we received an invoice for over $7,000.00. We requested that Banco return the parts they ordered and cease and desist on any further activity regarding the X-ray machine.
