For 5 years, Schein denied continued leakage on our $75,000, state of the art, now discontinued nitrous system. Day one Mark found it. The manifolds and seals had spackle on them. It was an $800 problem that cost 20 fold more in aggravation. Today, David came out and serviced Kavo chairs, efficiently & expertly. Previous times, Schein and Kavo reps couldn't find the problems. Thanks guys!
