On this particular service call, our office AC had stopped working and we had to close our office for the afternoon due to heat. Our Benco tech was able to get out that same day (as we were closed) and was kind enough to lock our suite after his work, so that we could vacate the office. I been customer for long time i did not have much complaint for years but seems like Management does not care about customer anymore . I have spend millions in supplies through out years but seems like they do not care about repeat customer. Also started unethical practice of charging incorrect pricing after agreed upon charge. Wanted to resolve internally but management did not return any of my inquiry. Make sure you monitor your billing statement. Very unethical practice.

With my order of new Equipment, the install has been slow and taking weeks. Need to block enough time and crew to install at once. I am also disappointed with my Equipment sales rep. He is no where to be seen after securing my order of a quarter of million dollars.
