This has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had with rental agencies. The current 'office' staff does not work normal business hours nor does she actually work in the office so communication in very difficult. We were misinformed of extra fees and extra security deposits required. 'Office' staff was very defensive and rude on the phone, claiming one thing then proving herself wrong moments later.
