Ordered some battery packs, received one out of the bunch that was not charging. I reached out, they shipped a replacement out free of charge. Easy to get a hold of, and very willing to help.

Terrible company all around, customer service is virtually non existent. Ordered a laser and never received, requested a refund, they say they processed it but its been 3 days still no refund to my account. Will be issuing a charge back through my bank to recoup my money since they dont want to return it willingly. Would never do business with this place again.
I ordered a Topcon LS B200. I got a free tripod. They said they would ship in two weeks. The tripod came laser did not. It never came. I waited 30 days, Asked if they’d give me an estimated time of delivery. They said they could not, What a Complete waste of time!!! Then I had to send back their $20 tripod, or they’d charge me $ 100. I believe that’s how they get away with saying it will ship in two weeks. Don’t waste your time. Tiger Supplies. This company changing staff and products by the seasons. I used to order from this company but then I was told they lost there license with major companies and they are struggling to sell what they have, and its mostly cheep, hard to use lasers. I was really cool with the ceo and was upset that he step down to start his own focus on his software startup.
