I ordered a Leica Disto e7500i laser measuring tool from Tiger Supplies on 4/18/25 (order# TS18966), My credit card was charged $557.75 that same day. Despite contacting Tiger Supplies several times, I never received a commitment when the product would ship. At one point, they did offer to ship a Leica Disto D5 laser as a replacement but this was not acceptable since the D5 doesn't have the same level of dust/water protection as the e7500i laser that I specifically ordered. 1st I was told that they would call me back about an order. No call back. I ordered online and was told that it would ship in 2 days, no shipping fee. I had to download "SHOP" app to get tracking info. The app said it was delivered. It was not. Called sales support. Sent me to voice mail. Called again. Was told it would take 5-7 days. Very unprofessional.
