The AL facility in Western Mass has been without a working elevator for over a month. The timeline for replacement is TBD. The recent email states it will take a few weeks to make a decision after assessment. Residents are still paying full price and told to only go to essential appointments. This place leads you on and promises all of these wonderful things. Once you give them a check…all of a sudden ‘you misunderstood’, ‘that’s not what I meant’. They make you feel like you bought a Rolls Royce and you actually got a bicycle.
A verbal and physical abuse. They want you to be quite or if you complained they make it so hard for you to the point you want to quit or they will find away. The residents have escaped and have gotten physically hurt. Would not bring a loved one at bridges. They also ask employees to write a good review. Those reviews are not on the up and up
I have been calling the facility no one answered or returned my calls. Very unprofessional
