I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who lived in the memory care unit at Plymouth Crossings for six months. I truly cannot say enough good things about this community. I can’t speak highly enough about Benchmark Plymouth Crossing! My brother had lived in other AL facility and Benchmark is head and shoulders above the rest in all areas. From the first day everyone made my brother feel welcome. I think the entire staff…from administration to the CNA’s, food service, and facilities…all stopped by to say hi and warmly welcome him! The facility is the best. Care. Rooms food activities family support and staff are a gold stars. However the cost is a bit high. But worth every penny. Highly recommend
