Memory care Unit. I think at some point in time it may have been better but not any more. My mom was a resident there for about a year. Near the end of her stay, I was pleading with management to correct issues so that I could keep her there. They agreed that they had made some mistakes and things needed to change but it never happened so I moved her to a new facility. Benchmark Senior Living at Plymouth Crossings is simply the best. They set the standard for all other assisted living communities in the area. Ashley Roberts and her team have built a culture of kindness, respect and support for each resident and their families during a period of life that can be stressful. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who lived in the memory care unit at Plymouth Crossings for six months. I truly cannot say enough good things about this community. I can’t speak highly enough about Benchmark Plymouth Crossing! My brother had lived in other AL facility and Benchmark is head and shoulders above the rest in all areas. From the first day everyone made my brother feel welcome. I think the entire staff…from administration to the CNA’s, food service, and facilities…all stopped by to say hi and warmly welcome him!
