I was hauling my boat on I89 when I had a tire blowout on the trailer. Mike, owner of BenchmarkRv and trailer repair was behind me and pulled over to help. He had the tools to change the tire and even on a hot day with busy traffic he was happy to help get me out of an unsafe situation and did so out of the kindness of his heart. I would recommend anyone looking for repair to seek him out. He’s outstanding!

We were traveling Sunday morning in South Hero, VT and blew the bearings on a wheel on our Cougar 5th wheel. After hours of looking for a mechanic to help on a Sunday, we came across Mike with Benchmark RV. He told us he would have to get the parts first thing Monday and would be over to fix us up. He was traveling nearby and stopped to check out the issue Sunday night to make sure he got the right parts. Mike was amazing to work with and has great communication and very mechanically savvy. He was a pleasure to work with and trouble shot and fixed my generator in a timely manner. Exceeded my expectations drastically. Highly recommend Mike for any job.
Our Lift System on our Coleman pop up camper refused to lift the camper completely. Then it did not want to crank up at all. We were desperate for help and bigger dealers were too busy to be bothered. Mike Poirier at Benchmark called us back that evening and gave us instructions that helped us solve our problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He let us know that he would come to fix it at our home if we could not do it. We are so grateful for his help. Excellent service provided by a kind gentleman.
