I rarely give any service provider a 5 star review, after years in customer service there is always something we could have done to improve the level of service. That was not the case with a recent service for my RV that Mike provided. We had an issue with a slide-out that was going to require replacing hardware and motors on both sides of the slide, replacing a cooler that was beginning to fail and some smaller maintenance issues. Super nice guy. Very knowledgeable . We were having problems with our front jacks , and he helped us get back on the road. He drove over an hour to get to us. Got us hooked up and back on the road. Thank you again.
He does great work. We live here locally in south Hero. We have used him in the past. We have been waiting for repair to our water pump for months now. The man will never call you back. His mailbox is always full wont take messages and he dont answer. If your to busy or cant get to it. FINE. LET PEOPLE KNOW. Its very frustrating and bad buisness when you say yes I can fix it them we wait and wait and cant reach him ever. I suggest you just find someone who actually shows up if you need repair in any kind of timely manner.
Sorry Mike the system only had 5 stars that does not reflect the level of service you provided in our emergency. Long story here: Getting ready to pack up on a Friday night to pull out on a Saturday morning, putting our sides in early to prevent rain or condensation from getting on them since we had everything packed up. I was hauling my boat on I89 when I had a tire blowout on the trailer. Mike, owner of BenchmarkRv and trailer repair was behind me and pulled over to help. He had the tools to change the tire and even on a hot day with busy traffic he was happy to help get me out of an unsafe situation and did so out of the kindness of his heart. I would recommend anyone looking for repair to seek him out. He’s outstanding!
